Please accept our cordial greetings and wishes of success in the management of your tasks.
Through this letter, I would like to inform you that, because of the presence of cases of Yellow fever in our brother country of Brazil, there will be actions that will be taken immediately in order to avoid the spreading of this disease in our province.
I am therefore enclosing the “Resolution” issued by the authorities of the province which will become effective today, also enclosed is the official form SSP-12-PAI-014 issued by the Public Health Ministry.
I request that you guarantee the execution of this “Resolution” by all tourists that must have the “Yellow fever” vaccination 10 days before entering into the Amazon Region and posses the certificate of vaccination.
This vaccination provides protection for 10 years after which it is required a reinforcement dose.
